In consideration of the free admittance to the Premises as defined below, you accept these terms for yourself and all members of any groups or parties that you represent, and agree to the following terms and conditions for admittance to and use and participation in the Fendt Lodge at AGCO Corporation’s Facility in Jackson, MN (hereinafter “the Premises”):

• You will obey all directions and instructions by AGCO’s employees for safety, comfort, and enjoyment of you and others.
• All members of your group or party will be at least 12 years of age. No one under the age of 12 shall be permitted into the production area. AGCO does not provide child care for children of any age.
• You will not enter buildings, areas, or rooms that are prohibited by signage or instructions.
• You will refrain from photographing, recording, or videoing anything or any area where such activity is forbidden by signage or instructions.
• You will not smoke or consume food or beverages except in areas, if any, where such activities are expressly permitted.
• You will not bring any firearms, explosives, combustibles, alcoholic beverages, or drugs (except prescription medications) onto the Premises at any time.
• You will refrain from any conduct or behavior that is, in the sole opinion of AGCO, risky to others, aggressive, loud, boisterous, or disruptive to the purpose of the visit.
• You will use all protective devices furnished by AGCO, e.g., safety glasses, at all times when instructed by AGCO’s employees for protection from hazards in the production areas or elsewhere.
• When in production areas you and members of your party will be confined to the pathways marked or directed by AGCO. 
• You understand that if you or any member of your group or party violates any of these terms and conditions, you may be asked to leave the Premises immediately.

You authorize AGCO to use, reproduce, and/or publish photographs that may pertain to you. You understand that these photographs may be used in various publications, public affairs releases, recruitment materials, or for other related endeavors. These photographs may also appear on AGCO’s intranet sites (i.e., www.myagco.com) and/or internet sites (i.e., www.agcocorp.com). Your consent is freely given without expecting payment and you release AGCO and its employees from any and all liability which might arise from the use of such photographs. This authorization is continuous and may only be withdrawn by your specific rescission of this authorization. Consequently, AGCO may use your name, photographs, and/or make reference to you in any manner that AGCO deems appropriate in order to promote/publicize service opportunities.

You understand that there are hazards associated with the Fendt Lodge experience, particularly in the production areas. Those hazards may include, but are not limited to, moving, falling or flying objects; odors, fumes, and vapors; vibrations and loud noises; sparks from welding; and magnetic fields. Persons who are sensitive to such conditions should refrain from entering the production areas. CONSEQUENTLY, NEITHER AGCO NOR ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR INSURERS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY OR DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PERSONAL PROPERTY TO YOU OR MEMBERS OF YOUR GROUP OR PARTY EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT SUCH LOSS IS CAUSED SOLELY BY THE GROSS NEGLECT OR WILLFUL MISCONDUCT OF AGCO, OR ITS AGENTS AND/OR EMPLOYEES.
